• What is the SOFAAB model?+
    We have a four step process where-in firstly you choose your design, secondly you choose your upholstery material, thirdly you choose the leg design and finally you choose the size.
    All products are made-to-order and have a 4 week delivery period.

  • Can I talk to someone to resolve my queries before placing my order?+
    Yes, please feel free to connect with any of our sales advisors to resolve any queries you may have before you place the order. You can connect with them by clicking on the “chat with us” icon at the bottom corner of your screen.

  • How do I touch and feel the fabrics/ leather?+
    You can avail our free swatch service to order the fabric/leather swatches which you like delivered to your house free of cost.

  • How long does it take to deliver my order?+
    We have a standard delivery period of 4 weeks. In case of large orders this may get extended to 6 weeks.

  • How & When to pay ?+
    We require the full payment upfront. Payment can be made through all modes - Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI & NEFT.

  • Where will the delivery personnel deliver the products? Will they be delivered to my floor?+
    The delivery person will deliver the goods to your building premises or wherever it is physically possible to deliver the goods.

  • How are the items packed ?+
    All our items are packed inside especially designed carton boxes

  • Can you expedite my order ?+
    Yes, we can. Please mention your order as “urgent” in the delivery instructions box while checking out.

  • How do I cancel my order ?+
    You can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing your order.
    In case you want to cancel your order after the first 48 hours then please connect with us on WhatsApp or Phone as cancellation will then depend upon how much your order has progressed.

  • What is your Refund or Replacement Policy ? +
    Refund or Replacement will apply when the item delivered to you has been damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.
    You need to report damaged or defective products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    You cannot return an item for any other reason as all our products are made to order and have been built especially for you.

  • What is the 10 Year Frame Warranty ?+
    SOFAAB guarantees that the frame and suspension system of its sofas and chairs will be free from manufacturer’s defects for up to 10 years from the date of delivery. This warranty is applicable to the original owner and original delivery address only. This includes structural damages and damages from use. Modifications made to the structure by the customer, including installation of third party legs, waives this warranty.

  • What about the Warranty on other parts of my furniture?+
    All our products have a 1 year manufacturing warranty, covering the foam, leather, fabric, stitching, poly-fill-fibers and recliner mechanisms. All manufacturing defects related to these will be repaired or replaced free of cost within 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty is applicable to the original owner and original delivery address only

  • What does the Warranty not cover ?+
    The product warranty does not cover.

    Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, modification or accident.

    Normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining or loosening of fabric or leather or any such material. Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted—for example, fabrics and leathers may naturally fade or deteriorate over time, and cushion cores may soften and lose shape. These are normal events and are not considered manufacturers' defects and are not covered under our warranty. 

    Variations of color or texture in Goods made of natural materials like fabric, leather, wood etc, Fabric and leather are not covered by any warranty. Buttons on tufted products covered with fabric/ leather are also not covered under warranty as we do not have any control over the usage of these products.

  • Can I take input credit for the GST I pay on your products?+ 
    Yes, you can take input credit for the GST you pay on our products. Please enter the GSTIN number & Company name at the time of placing the order with other relevant details.

  • Do I need to assemble the furniture by myself ?+
    No, most items are ready to use.

    In case of loose back cushions you will be required to stand them up. 

    In case of corner sofas, you will be required to clamp the different units together, please refer to our Delivery & Installation Guide.

    In case you have ordered your sofa with “legs detached” due to a narrow door frame or stairwell at your house then you will be required to get the legs installed at site. This is a basic procedure requiring the legs to be screwed on, please refer to our Delivery & Installation Guide.
